for 's second challenge:

the brief:
1> You HAVE to pick a Pokemon to base your design on. I don't care which one, any will do
2> Now here's the kicker... it MUST be a evening gown. I don't care if it's short, long, classic, modern,
just have fun with it. The colour will be what ever the Pokemon's style calls for, but you can change it up as long as it's obvious that the inspiration was taken from a particular Pokemon.

I chose Wartortle because I liked the contrast between the tortoise shell (which I translated into a corset--boob shell!) and the feather tail.

I'm not very good at gowns, so the large skirt is a wee bit tongue-in-cheek. Certainly not my best (I meant to redo it and then sort of forgot under my mountain of homework), but it fits the requirements, I guess.
