I think what you are seeing is that the nipples seem... off.

They appear to be higher than they should considering the size of the entire breast.

The skin tones are very lifelike. The only visible signs that it's not a real person is around the elbows. Also the face doesn't seem to have the same skin tones as the rest of the figure. Great work though

Thanks what I thought as well ... what an impressively clever move!

And I had to look several times to see that it's not a photograph. It was mostly the face and the water.
But it's a great picture nevertheless!! Even more stunning when you see how close you are to a photograph ...
