Description
"Surprisingly they are quite easy to defeat, when you figured out their tactics." - An unknown ATFA soldier.Perhaps so, perhaps not hello and welcome back sadly this is not Elliot who is speaking I'm uhh his descendant you could say and I'm tasked with compiling a bunch of data I found from this thing called optonomicron or something like that, so yeah....
Anyway, according to the log date on this piece of propaganda poster the person named Elliot should've supposedly been death several hundred years before this poster appear, though I don't know how I would feel I'm pretty sure if you're a fan of his this news might be hard to swallow, I'm sorry....
From this propaganda poster I also managed to gather that this is made by D'ashnar during the six gen, yes their name is written in two different form based on the generation, Dash'nar for prior to gen 4 and D'ashnar for gen 4 onward, but let's talk about that later as we are getting side tracked.
So containing within this poster file is a description that I assume supposed to appear alongside the poster probably in an electric billboard considering its ratio, where do this poster normally appear is currently unknown, but it is obviously appear probably somewhere in the D'ashnar territory I don't know on which part however, how about we dive deeper into these description shall we?
A. Attack
According to the poster the best way to defeat a hive mind type transformation element is to first start by attacking and assaulting their ground forces or standard forces with your own, it seems reasonable considering the amount of troops D'ashnar have and their strategy they definitely could go toe to toe against a hive mind swarm and their forces manpower will barely be scratched.
In this description it is also told to prioritize the use of weaponry that the hive mind is weak again, the example given is again a demon hive mind as the weapon that are suggested to be used are compound 681 and a mortar weapon with its warhead armed with a white phosphorus and thermite mixture called "morning star" though I only heard this from the rumor section on the optonomicron it seems the "morning star" weapon is created because D'ashnar forces has problem dealing with tentacle demon, which I found to be quite funny.
B. Destroy
The description read, Once the enemy has been defeated in battle preferably catastrophically the enemy will begin to make their retreat during this event the hive queen will begin to engineer/make a new and improved soldier to cover their weaknesses, when this happen it is advised that all available artillery or long range strike capable unit to begin firing on the nearest nest to prevent the enemy/the queen from being able to effectively create this new soldier alternatively if the queen does not begin the process of making a new and improved soldier and instead send out distress signal with either their soldier, telepathy, pheromone, or any other method it is advised to skip this step and immediately do step three before doing this step to prevent the enemy from knowing about our method, strategy, and weaponry.
The example given in this section of the poster is really unique, it details the battle happening during the second gen when Dash'nar fought a godlike enemy that is controlled by a hivemind like computer system, the way that Dash'nar destroy this 'queen' in the example is by directly attacking their main base in a coordinate all out attack, though as far as I know during this event D'ashnar actually didn't fight more than one of this godlike being so it is safe to assume that the example given here is more likely as propaganda than their actual strategy as I noted down right here.
'The Dash'nar seemingly has learned a bitter lesson about fighting against hivemind with the capability to create godlike being as they has dedicated their resources to invent some sort of portal device to throw all of this being that they can't defeat to an unknown realm.' the strategy on the poster does not match those of their usual strategy when they deal with these beings and considering the time that the poster was made they should already know about the strategy above and actively use them, so all and all this poster were to be taken with a big pinch of salt.
C. Disrupt
The description read, after you successfully destroyed the queen hive or perhaps not the next step is to disrupt the enemy communication, remember if it easier to reach the nest then it is best to attack it first, however if for some reason the hive or the queen cannot be reach or destroyed do this step first, by disrupting the flow of information for our enemies they would have a hard time trying to break our strategy and circumvent our weapon capability which in turn let us to harass their hive/queen more frequently which hopefully will result in a decline in the enemy capability to produce more soldier and ultimately lead to their demise.
A really interesting strategy if I have to say, as a matter of fact this strategy is quite common in fact almost all of D'ashnar successful operation against hive mind TF is because of them doing this process first rather than the destroy phase, I found it quite funny that once again they are wrong in the propaganda poster it look like someone in their public relation office has to be fired, but I think it probably already happened by now.
D. Capture
The description read, after we have successfully destroy the hive and prevent their informant from sending information to the other hive it is now the time reclaim the land and rid them of the infestation that has plague it, this process will be long and boring, but fret not for the betterment of our future generation it must be done, cleaning troops will be deployed alongside ATFA personnel to help the civilians in the affected area to recover against any ailment caused by the invader if there's any civilian left in the affected area if not then proceed to the next area after we have cleaned the location and put up a garrison.
This one is actually correct surprisingly, D'ashnar is known for making garrison on the place they conquered as to be used for a stronghold and as a supply depot for their troops, so the fact that after cleaning the infected area so long as there is no civilians around or it is not in a location that is still owned by their civilian they will most likely build a garrison.
However one key details they left out is how they clean the place up, D'ashnar troops are infamous for their brutality during the occupation process not again their own civilian, but against the infected as unlike ATFA they won't bother to cure them instead opting to do a process commonly referred to as 'selective living' a process in which D'ashnar select which one will be taken for cure research and which one will be well 'neutralize' majority of the time most of these captured soldier and infected will be rounded up and gunned down while the select few who are more docile will be experimented so they could find both a cure and 'cure' for their enemy which mostly improve some grueling process that I cannot show it to you here.
All in all the poster were mostly misinformation, but there's some truth in it though I have to apologize as I'm not Elliot and I cannot explain further regarding the validity of this approach against the TF element as I'm just a scholar collecting and compiling history of a bygone era, so I hope you can forgive my lack of knowledge and this is Sammy recording number #671 until next time, Farewell.
