Toby is an 0-6-0 LNER Class J70 Steam Tram Engine who was sent to the Fat Controllers Railway along with his Coach Henrietta Because there old line closed down. James used to say rude things when ever he saw them but after an Accident with Troublesome Trucks & the Tar wagons James now has respect for them.
