True story. I'm barely in my midtwenties but already found my very first grey hair like...when i was 21 (and the contrast is epic since my original hair is pitch-black - and grey hairs actually are white.).And they're getting more. And more. D8
Happy Springsteen Day! (well, in two hours, that is. Can't wait that long since i have so much other things to do. Travelling again.)
And if you don't have a clue of wtf i'm talking about: Bruce Springsteen was born today. So am i. And I was a big Springsteen-fan long before i even knew about that funny little fact. Therefore, my birthday is a rather cherished as a Springsteen Day where i annoy every little thing with all his records the whole day long. 8D KEEP ON ROCKING NOW.

Take more vitamins. Like Vita-Lea from Shaklee or anything that dissolves in water. If it doesn't dissolve in water, it won't dissolve in your stomach but most minerals and vitamins slow the aging process.

Gray hair can come early. A friend of mine is twenty-one and has black hair, but it's becoming peppered with grays.
We're estimating by age thirty he'll have more grays then black hairs.

Would it be of any comfort to say that I, as a lady, truly find the changing of one's hair hue fascinating and attractive? Silver and white are legendary colors to me... shows that you have graduated from mere black and are moving towards something more wise and refined. Indeed it is, in my opinion, a spectacle to behold.
