The moon shone bright, stars sparkling like diamonds as businesses, restaurants, and tourist spots were closing down. While night shifts would start. One such a shift would be a museum with many exotic exhibits from dinosaur bones, armor and weapons from eras long past and, rumored mystic items. The local night guards a mermaid out to enjoy her time on the surface a white haired cyborg and a fiery brunette out to earn some extra cash.

Running their usual shifts the guards made sure everything was in place. North more so than Mia because she's been a guard for a few weeks and things usually are quiet. However during her second check around the museum. North would find a blob by the entrance. Upon closer inspection the mermaid noticed said blob was a ginger cat! Looking at North intently probably because she was a fish which made her giggle silently. Opening the door to let the feline inside she would hold out her hands. To which the cat happily accepted the gesture being held by North who gently petted it! Turning around she went to close the door...But when she noticed the click didn't go off...She turned around only to find herself staring at a pair of green glowing eyes with sharp slit pupils.

Before she could scream to alert Mia and Alice a silent whoosh rang and North found herself getting choked out! This person was really strong...and...really buff from how the bicep felt...* "Eeeeasy lass. Joost close ye eyes...ye did good~" A gentle voice rang scottish in nature from the accent. The cat from earlier pawing North's leg to help with making the guard slumber! Gasping a few more times North would be gently put down a nearby bench getting a blurry look at her assailant...all she would see is white hair and a black attire...before her own security hat covered her face.

With one guard out cold, the other snoozing and the third on the other side of the museum. The thief prowled around looking for any fancy toys or rarities...and she would find one. In a glass case lied a golden lamp. A rare treasure from Egypt. Now that could be fun to see if there really was anything in the lamp~ One quick clawing of glass later the thief used her tail to gently grab the lamp's handle and pull it out. Giving it a real good look the burglar smirked knew she wouldn't need anything else. So off to the ceiling to make her escape~! Like her entrance silent and quick~

However while she was making off with her prize with her kitten in crime in tow. She would notice something speeding towards her and roll out the way! Turning around she would face herself against a woman in spandex! White black and yellow with a cloud of brown hair. "Huh. Don't recoll seeing ye around. Pleased to meetche lass~" The burglar said casually as the masked woman would put her hands on her hips with a disappointed look on her face. "You know if you need cash you can just work for it right?" She would ask raising an eyebrow...for a masked woman that mask sure is expressive!

"Well I did work for it. I stole it fair and square!" The thief said spinning the lamp around her finger. "Yeah well. Gonna need ya to put that back." "Put it- Hehe well then that joost won't do~" She would say holding the lamp and passing it to the cat. Which the hero tried grabbing with an extended noodle like limb! But the thief grabbed her arm and pulled it back so it would rebound into the vigilante! "So hard way it is then?" "Why o course~" The thief would say before whistling at her cat and would make a break for it! The both of them running fast as the stretchy limbed hero made chase!

Often turning around to smack a limb away the thief gave the hero a smirk. Showing her fangs. This was gonna be a way more active night than the Black Cat ever assumed~
