I guess I never uploaded the original reference? but

this is an updated look for Nathaniel and the inky ghost he had dubbed Liz.

Nathaniel is a pacifist and a believer in the good values, though quite the scaredy-cat, especially when it comes to his expertise - the unnatural. Since his birth, he's been able to interact with ghosts and other spirits, both benevolent and malevolent, leading him to be the way he is now. Also orphaned for reasons he does not know, but he takes the pastor which raised him as his own father and in turn took up the role of a pastor as well, later on - as an exorcist, utilizing his still abilities to talk with and calm the restless spirits until they're able to pass on. Sure, not always he is able to talk them out of the situation, he knows he'll have to go with force eventually, even if he dreads those encounters.

Liz...... is something. It has the seeming aura of a spirit, but it also has a connection to the physical world, yielding a body of an ink-like substance that drips off of it, making marks on wherever the ink touches and eventually evaporates by itself. And it refuses to leave Nate's side, acting all buddy-buddy with him. He just can't seem to figure out what this reptile-like being is.
