Each real world city track in Mario Kart Tour has 3 variants, one of which usually has you be positioned in a different direction to the starting line from the others, the only ones to not have a variant like that are New York Minute and Tokyo Blur, the same could be said about Los Angeles Laps due to each variant having a different starting line.

*Berlin Byways 1 (which is actually the 2nd variant introduced)

*Singapore Speedway 3

*Amsterdarn Drift 1

Some of these lead to the way the tracks are structured in the Mario Kart 8 Booster Pack, others have you taking on the R versions of the variant.
