A pen-tracing of the original (and messier) drawing I made on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 3:00 A.M.This character was inspired by Felix the Cat.
The name Chicago was taken from a black and white dog in my neighborhood who I believe his name is Chicago. For some reason he doesn't recognize me anymore and just barks at me or avoids me.
