gojira's soul is hard to understand or pinpoint as he has been reformed through the dead of ww2. also been a kaiju he could have a monster soul. he also is a creature that is unaffected by magic along with been resistant to the powers of eldritch creatures.
also if we are to believe he has determination then he an extreme amount
- fighting monsters endlessly (every G movie)
- going through the circles of hell and escaped (Godzilla in hell)
- willing a swarm of demons to form a body for himself (Godzilla in hell)
- willing himself from a black hole ( Godzilla vs megagirus)
- remember is own being after been dead for 49 years and overwrote a robotic programing (Godzilla against mechagodzilla)
- surviving multiple mass extinctions (Godzilla 2014)
- willing his son back to life (Godzilla vs destroyah)
- resisted magic (Godzilla marvel comics)
- been impaled before (Godzilla in hell)
also Godzilla doesn't shoot lasers its pure radiation in a plasma state. its also not fire.
also Godzilla can use tons of other radiation attacks such as the nuclear pulse or spiral ray
