this is amazingly done. love the effect the rain has on the whole atmosphere. just a little cc, the anotomical (sp?) structure of the girl's legs are a wee bit off. perhaps next time u could try drawing her body first, adn then layer the clothes over it. other than that, this is beautiful! great job.

Just a few anatomy pointers: Her thigh is too thick in proportion to the rest of her body, and you probably could give the impression of raindrops splattering on them (her shirt, hair, his shoulder)
