I think neck is too short and head look so unnatural ^^ but I like it good job

The anatomy is off. The top of the neck should be curved towards the skull more. This will achieve a more gentle look for her, as well as balance out her face and body proportions.
I don't think I even need to mention all of the great things you did though with color, because you have enough comments about that. Good job.
