I'm all for wide hips but it seems like her hips, especially on the left (her right) are a bit too wide. Too me it looks really awkward like her hips have been like disjointed or something.
I really love the shading and her face though

This is great. I do think her hip on your left side is a bit too disjointed looking, the right side looks fine. Besides that, I love your professional color job, her outfit design, and the character in her face.

I just love how you drew. She looks so attractively beautiful and sexy. ^///^ Of course I get the impression she's evil thanks to both her expression and the dark, omnimous colors contrasting the white background along with the bats.
Also for sometime I was thinking of giving ImagineFX a try since I first heard about it. It seem like a neat magazine for me. Plus I do like Fantasy. Maybe I would give it a try later this month.

Can you make a tutorial on how you color like this? I want to start coloring my OC's like this. I've been looking for a tutorial on how to paint anime characters on Photoshop Elements 9. If not, then I'll just keep searching.
