Omg, that's an awesome looking Hagrid.
Harry looks a little odd, though but only because of his mouth and his left (err... right?) hand. It almost looks like he's got six fingers, but aside from that, this is a fantastic piece!

Hagrid looks terrific. Harry's face and expression could use some work however, and the colours in his ear and nose are... strange. Also, difficult to read what's going on here. Are they mad at each other? Is Harry afraid? Irritated? Difficult to tell.

It's a part of the top of the palm.
