Does represent the minds of people who had not used technology yet verses the computer or just a fun drawing?

Not sure why, but I like this one. The style and idea combine quite well, and the illustrative quality is excellent.

I love the style in this piece. And its superbly drawn.
The robot has a distinctly old-styled feel to it, and the concept is excellent.

This reminds me of a work i've seen that's very similar to this a while back. can't remember where on DA it was. same kind of robot, except the old dude was a girl and they were on some spaceship.

Now wait! This is based off of Lost in Space!! There's a scene in the second episode where Dr. Smith is "tuning" the Robot's mind by playing chess with it.

Ooh, I love it! What is the title of the book you're advertising? It would be nice if you list the title of it with the Artist's Comments.

Totally awesome. The old man's hair reminds of the old man and the Cowboy Bebop episode where Ed plays chess with Chessmaster Hex online in cyberspace. Only this guy has a robot companion to do the honors. ^.^
