nice illustration. very detailed, and the coloring technique reminds me of oil paints. and the cold atmosphere is pretty death note-ish ( yay! a new english word )
I liked how you made Misa look very innocent despite her gothy looks ( well, she's a very manipulative person, and she stills manages to look very innocent ) also I noticed that you managed to make her clothing the same one that was on one of the original illustrations of Obata Takeshi.. and that's an accomplishment itself, cause that man really is obsessive about fashion sense and details.

Brilliant design, but the death note's lettering is wrong, her note is the one with the odd text on it, while Light's is the one with the english lettering.
Unless you were going for that, of course.

Oh youve drawn Misa beautifully O.O I mean REALLY! Few artists can capture the spirit of the real charachter and even fewer can do that without drawing her like a charachter in a soft porn movie
