To go alongside the quite pretty (in my opinion) Wave is her main squeeze and much more central charachter, Surf. One of the 3 central charachters to this tale, Surf is a Kitarian that decided to move from Sub-city in the east to Center City in order to help the battle efforts, where upon he became best friends with Thundar, our title hero. Now Surf is part of the 3 man...or Kitarian party that does most of the main important missions for Center City. Personality wise, Surf is a laid-back, almost hippie-like individual, he uses the word dude on a regular basis and his catchphrase of choice is "go with the flow". He is also the teams "Beast Boy" a true joker who makes all the witty one liners, cracks all the jokes and enjoys playing pranks on others for a bit of fun. Surf is capable of controlling all water near him to do whatever it is he pleases. Whether making it into solid forms like spheres to throw at the opponent, or using it to surf across even the furthest from the sea battlefields. Surf also has gills as well as normal lungs and can happily live underwater for as long as he needs to, as well as almost being able to match the running speed of Thundar in the water.
