I think it would be kind of impossible to talk about it without spoiling everything. XD But it is absolutely an amazing game, so if you have a DS, definitely give it a shot!

I think character designs were by Tetsuya Nomura, which explains the similarities in appearance. It was made by Jupiter, who I think were the ones who did the original Chain of Memories.
Story and gameplay-wise, it's really different from KH, but it has similarities in character-styles and it's definitely just as fun.
Actually, KH and The World Ends With You crossed over in Dream Drop Distance, if you've played that one yet.
