This is just my interpretation of Isaac when his transformation is half done and he didn’t fully turned into a Mer-Pup. He has water tattoos that glow underwater and his paws have fins. His signature shell remains the same on him and his ears have an amphibian look to them as well. This transformation is a rare occurrence in Mer-Pup history. Rumors have it that a kiss from this form could turn any ordinary dog into merpup hybrids or allow anybody to breath underwater. It a 50/50 chance that this could happened to a dog. A person would just receive gills and their hand would turn into fins.
