It's finally here! CyanOS Update 2's kit is here. This iteration of CyanOS is pretty modern, but not quite up to my current standards. It uses paint.net files, so no worries about the layers. This update died out due to my poor ability to keep it organized.

This is the last completed version of CyanOS, but not to worry! A third update is being worked on, however it is currently unfinished. I will post sneak peeks about it occasionally, but it is slated for an October release with the way things look.
