Description
Yes, since it turned out a little too much like a fluffbutt for a husky I decided to make it a malamute c:Pretty much the same pattern as the Pharaoh hound was used for this. I think the fur blending turned out very nice for this girl.
She's very fluffy, super soft and stands 11 inches tall. She can stand pretty solid.
Now if you would excuse me, I need to rid my floor of a layer of shed fur lol.

Well, once you have a well-designed pattern it's actually not that hard anymore. Though it took some effort yes. The head is always a surprise.

Believe me my jaw dropped when I read you made this because it looked like something you get from a toy store or off a plush website. ^^ Did you sew it all by hand?

Well, I usually use a sewing machine for big parts but this fur will get caught in the needle in a matter of seconds if I do that due to the thickness of the fabric and realistic hair structure So yes, it's sown completely by hand.

-wants- xD If only I could afford it! Shame that the fur when making sticks to everything eh>

hehe yeah, but the shedding is just part of using faux fur. And a vacuumcleaner can quickly solve the problem c:

Wow she is so cute!
May I ask what fabric you used on hand to make this fur? This is simply adorable.

fabrics used:
White faux fur (fun fur) for the white markings
White velboa (extra short fur) for legs and muzzle
Pear grey faux fur (realistic) for grey/grau markings
Hope this helps?

Oh that comment definitely helps me out.
Thank you so much. You really helped me out and I really appreciate it.
I'm saving that comment so I can write it down on my list so when I go out to go plushie and crochet shopping, I can browse those fabrics and see them for myself.
Thank you.
