Storm Tornado Type1: Lv1 charge - Fires a cyclone beam straight ahead of him.
Doube Cyclone: Lv2 charge - Fires two cyclones from both sides of him.
Storm Tornado Type2: Lv3 charge - Froms a large tornado aroun him rapidly damaging all enemies in range
Wing Spiral: pulls off an uppercut that sends a whirlwind upward.
Air Dash: can dash ahead in the air or straight up
Glide: float in mid air for alittle before slowly falling down.
