I wanted to change it a little and show an evil eye under his eyepatch. If someone looks into it, they see a their worst nightmares. It's kinda like the Tsukuyomi from Naruto.

-Lonely
-Has small wings but can't fly with them
-Likes plushies, anime, cartoons, video games, sweets, and drawing
-Lives in a small tent crowded with things he collects
-4 feet tall

Cosmo isn't meant to be a "Sans". I don't know how to draw a skull that's cute and expressive.
