Yes, he looks a little derpy but i can't fix that because of Mii Maker limitations so this is the best i could do to make him as close as accurate as possible

- reboot your console
- leave the Mii characters tab on the Miitopia start screen's menu then re-enter and try again
- turn off sharing for a brief second then turn it back on again
