Description
A fallen Lugia brought back as a powerful demon. It feeds on souls of fallen prey, if there is none it will kill any nearby targets then devour their souls. It has 3 unique powers; #1 It has the power to make people and pokemon see their worst fears; #2 Anything that stares into its eyes will have a nightmare so terrible it seems real; #3 Who ever touches it will cease to exist. It's Aero Blast attack has the power equal to 5 nukes. Since it is immortal, there is no known way to defeat it.

P.S. I used a regular lugia picture off the internet to make this, I just added the claws spikes ext. and changed the color.
