Description
One of my first shots with my new Nikon CoolPix 5700 - a flower in my backyard.I thought it would make a good desktop wallpaper so I sized it to 1024 x 768.

Very true on the flower at hte bottom right - I need to crop it! I wasjust excited and posted without really taking my time... (yes, it' a new camera...)

wow. never seen a flower even close to that before. lol.
nice focus.if you had been able to take out the other flower at the bottom right there it would've allowed for more focus on that one...and of course, if there was one flower that had a background that was green or something it would also be better. brings it out more.
nice blurring of the background though.
