I think it's transylvanian. His voice actor said that he was doing an intentionally bad representation of a B-movie side character, like Igor from Frankenstein. Though some people think he sounds Spanish.

its like a guide of all the tfa characters from season 3 i believe if so maybe 2 aswell? 
anywho gives you the characters and all the other canon characters r like talking "introducing the background of what they are" n show some front back views or there alt modes etc etc :3 n has toy line work n lil news paper article thing like if cybertron had some sorta of news article

He's my ssecond favorite TF Character ever and he was so adorable in the AA2! I'm very glad you drew him, I've been itching to see someone else draw him (I've drawn him a million times, but most of those were completely inaccurate until I got the AA2). He's really a big cutie and a wonderful character to me.
I'm very glad with the colorization process there, and that freaky sparkly thing he's holding looks pretty cool! The little spherical thingamabob looks nice and high-tech, and the star chart looks cool. The test tube, however, feels a little out of place... why would an astronomer want a test tube? Or is that his juice box? xD
Either way, I'm very glad you made this~!! I love it.
