Description
This is my first time submitting anything on deviantart my forte is mostly with weapons of the like my art style involves simple shapes drawn in a way that makes the design intricate while adding minor details to give it depth. My uploads will usually come directly from my sketchbook.

Anyway the name of this sword design is the Samekiba or "Sharkfang" I actually got the idea for this from watching Naruto. It is almost like a stronger and nicer(in term of behavior) sister sword to the Samehada (sharkskin) and like samehada it is also sentient but to a higher degree in that its able to talk to its wielder but lower in that it cant move independently. It is a double edged, serrated zanbato-type sword with a 6ft blade(18 in. wide) and 2ft long cylindrical handle, which makes this a wopping 8ft monster of a blade and despite its serration the entirety of the blade edge is highly sharpened so it is capable of clean cuts. In my mind its made with the fang of the boss summon of the sharks (possibly the Megalodon) and chakra conductive adamantum along with reinforcement through the use of seals. The blade chooses its wielder through 2 ways: 1- to its chosen weilder its near weightless and slightly adjusts its size to fit the wielder (if not it will weigh as much as Four full gown Akamichis plus sasuke's ego) and 2- it never harms its chosen wielder or those the wielder allows to touch the blade(if not chosen it acts like samehada and hurts you with a strong and temporary paralyzing shock). Because it can change its weight for its wielder the sword's user can be wielded singlehandedly.

The blade itself has several abilities(like the seven swords of the mist)

1- Chakra Conductive- this allows for chakra techniques to be useable with the blade itself like for the move I created on fanfiction the chakra chainsaw or perhaps a chakra version of the getsuga tensho from Bleach

2- Chain blade effect- the sword has a 10 foot hidden chakra conductive adamantum chain in the blade in which the blade itself can detach from the hilt and be swung around almost like kratos' chaos blades(from GOW) but marginally slower due to size

3-Blood Repair- if damaged ever it can repair itself like kubikiribocho with the blood of its opponents

4-Chakra Eater- like Samehada it can eat(see absorb) the chakra from the attacks of opponents or the opponent themselves through blade contact(this includes jinchuriki bijuu chakra) and give that chakra to its user when their reserves are low or want a power boost. what's different about is that it also can transmute the absorbed chakra into stronger attacks of a different element by taking a small amount of its wielder's chakra(enough for a low to mid C rank jutsu)

I created this to be awesome, dangerous, and intimidating with all the ridiculousness a weapon from the Naruto world can offer and id like to think that I accomplished that
