Here's a fun fact, one would assume that I got Stormy's distaste for dresses and skirts from Carol, I wouldn't blame them, but they'd be wrong. I actually got that from the ppgz variant of buttercup. A lot of her personality actually derives from her as well, since ppgz was a guilty pleasure of mine when I was younger XD
With that being said, skirt aside, I do like the design of the outfits, so I wanted to give Stormy and some of her friends this outfit inspired by that, along with some new abilities such as the usual flight, enhanced physical strength and some unique powers each to their own. This of course all done with the permission of the characters' respective owners.
Dunno about the others, but this transformation is at least canonical to Stormy, which in turn replaces her supercharged form, so don't expect any more pics from that.
