A proud young lady with a head for mischief, Pekora is the CEO of 'Usada Construction', a self-made corporation dedicated to doing... Well, whatever she wants, really. Engineering is at the forefront of her operations thanks to her passion for building contraptions of all kinds, what started off as simple pranks evolved over time to designing weapons, vehicles and incredibly overengineered pranks. Some things never change. Though she might seem obnoxious and stuck up, her attitude has more complex roots than a simple inflated ego, having ties to a lonely childhood.

Some time before first meeting Sonic, she was approached by a mysterious man who asked for her partnership as a fellow engineer. Pekora's rival, Miko, had already joined the man's cause followings events he didn't disclose, but the greedy rabbit couldn't help but give into the promise of incredible resources.
