This takes place as the aftermath of "Luigi's Mansion Lunar Eclipse".
After defeating the alpha ghost wolf and restoring the dark moon to its original state, it is thought to have finally been all over. A month later Luigi begins experiencing reacquiring nightmares hearing the alpha wolf's voice.
He later finds out that the alpha wolf had cursed him right at the time the alpha was sent back to hell. Now he must do everything to fight this curse before anyone gets hurt. He asked E.Gad for something to keep the werewolf curse under control, that's were the shock collar comes in. He tries his very best to not let anyone find out about this, because he does not want them to worry.
He is hoping the collar will be enough to tame the savage beast that is haunting him.

EW! This concept sux now (scrapped), I don't like it anymore. Man do artists change over time! I am replacing this concept with a new one Also this does not fit well with my new headcanon that Luigi is immune to electricity due to his thunder-hand....
