Claire: "Alright, I'll start toasting the bread..."

Heather: "...and I'll grab a pan and start frying the...wait...Claire, are those Zoey's keys?"

Claire: "I think so, but...shouldn't she have already left by now?"

Heather: "Yeah, you're right..."

Claire: "Alright, I'll go see if she's still-"

Heather (shouting): "ZOEY, ARE YOU STILL HERE? I THOUGHT YOU HAD PLANS TODAY?"

Zoey (from another room): "Y-YEAH, UM...SLIGHT CHANGE OF PLANS...I'M KINDA STAYING HERE TODAY AND-"

Claire (shouting): "HEY, WE'VE GOT STUFF TO MAKE SANDWICHES, IF YOU'RE INTERESTED..."

Zoey (from another room): "O-OK, CLAIRE...I'LL...I'LL BE THERE IN A FEW MINUTES!"

Heather: "Huh...I wonder what happened...she seemed like she was really looking forward to heading out today..."

Claire: "I don't know, but....hey, Heather, did you put these bracelets on the counter?"

Heather: "Bracelets? What bracelets?"

Claire: "THESE bracelets, Heather...they were just sitting there on the end of the counter..."

Heather: "Huh...guess I didn't see them when we came in a few minutes ago..."

Claire: "So...where do you think they came from? And more importantly...do you think they're for us?"

Heather: "Hmm...well...they definitely look like something Zoey would buy on one of her 'thrift store' runs...as for who they're meant for, well...look at the gemstones, Claire...they're yellow and red..."

Claire: "Our favorite colors...so, you noticed that too...hmm...you think Zoey left them here for us to find while she was out?"

Heather: "Probably...I guess we can ask her about it when she joins us for lunch and-"

Claire: "-OR we could just go ahead and put 'em on now, you know? I mean, if she got these for us, the least we can do is be wearing them when she gets in here, right?"

Heather: "Hmm...yeah, you've got a point...alright, I guess let's go ahead and put 'em on so we can get back to-"

Claire: "Huh....that felt weird...hey, Heather, did you have this...strange...feeling go through your body when you put the bracelet on?"

Zoey: *sigh* "Unfortunately...and I'm sure you've both realized who's responsible for these bracelets..."

Heather: "....Lauren....*grrr*...I swear, when I get my hands...er, hand...on her, I-"

Lauren: "-you'll do WHAT, Heather?"

Heather: "LAUREN! You've got some nerve showing your face here after...wait...oh, you can't be serious...you actually did this to yourself as well?"

Lauren: "Well, of course I did! After all, I wouldn't do anything to any of you that I wouldn't also do to myself, you know?"

Heather: *sigh* "Lauren, you know I love you like a sister, but...maybe next time you could warn us before doing something like...THIS?"

Lauren: "Heh...now where's the fun in that? And besides...Claire doesn't seem to be too bothered by it..."

Claire: "Wow...this 'stump'...it feels so...real...hey, Lauren...just making sure, but...we're not gonna be like this...permanently...are we?"

Lauren: "Nah, the bracelets only have enough magic in them to keep us like this for a few hours...after that, our bodies go back to normal!"

Claire: "Well, that's a relief...but like Heather said, maybe next time you could-"

Lauren: "-Anyways, I hear we're having sandwiches for lunch, and-"

Heather: "Well, we WERE gonna make sandwiches...but now that Claire and I are a bit 'short-handed,' it's probably gonna take us a while to get everything ready, so-"

Zoey: "-so Lauren and I will just have to join in and help you! I mean, we've still got four good hands between us, right? So...if we were to pair up and work together, then-

Claire: "-then we should still be able to get lunch ready in a decent amount of time...hmm...that's not a bad idea, Zoey...Heather, Lauren...what do the two of you think?"

Lauren: "Well...the whole point of doing this was to see what's it like to have only one arm, so...sure, why not? I mean, as long as Heather's okay with it, that is..."
