I think the cloak will be very different but it'd be too much work to change it. I see his black Zangetsu as being pretty similar as to what it was while his Quincy one would have some new awesome abilities. Also I picture both arms different colored reitsu meeting in the middle and becoming one where his hollow hole was. Stemming off from that I can see a new completely badass ability combining both powers. I'm hoping his mask will be incorporated in some way, but I'm not really sure how to picture it right now. I'm thinking his eyes might become those yellow hollow eyes atleast.
I like the idea of incorporating a bit of everything he is into his bankai. Shinigami in his right arm, Quincy in his left, Hollow in his head, Human in his heart.
There is also a hint of symbolism in this format but I probably won't be able to express this very well so take it with a grain of salt.
- Throughout all of his trials and realizations he has not changed who he was or what he believes in, he is still a human at his core- with a heart that deeply cares for his friends.
- His head is partially Hollowfied. This could symbolize that he has to constantly battle with what his instincts and training have taught him to do, to kill.
- Almost 90% of all people are right handed and so of course are best at doing everything with their right hand. Ichigo first became a Shinigami and it is this that he most well knows and what defines him.
- His Quincy abilities are in his left hand for he has come to terms with his past and now accepts who he is.

when I first saw this pic I thought cool Ichigo had turned Orihime's Shun Shun Rikka into a Badass Spirit Sword to protect her while she's K.O.'ed, but then I read the summery of this pic, and learned that the Energy Sword was Quincy Zangetsu, still cool.

was his bankai's ability and not the trash that it actually ended up being. God so disappointing.

It´s awesome, although i´d much prefer if his abilities were to be seperate now, thus granting him Vollständig (german keyboard FTW), which would affect the smaller one of his swords (the one you made it look like would be awesome), Resurrección, changing his body and Bankai, affecting the bigger one of his swords.
