I had to resubmit this since I finally got devFilm and wasn't allowed to edit my other deviation, sorry for flooding my watchers with it again.This was my 4th year animation project named "Indulgence". I spent 7 months drawing, painting, animating, and generally stressing out over it. Lots of coffee were had and lots of sleepless nights and fits of rage occurred but in the end I finished the damn thing.

Your animation drawing style remind me so much of Samurai Champloo. Where everything is being magnified hyperbolically in some events.
I also like the last scene where there are sparkles from the aquarium. ^_^
I actually don't understand at first why there are so many cakes (and yes indeed, it made me drool) and why should the cheese become the most taunting one.... But after watching till the end, I need to admit - I understand though didn't see that coming. LOL Oh yeah, and I forgot to say, your fish act more like a cat actually. ROF LOL I don't mind though. Every person has their unique personality - same can goes with fish. LOL
One thing is, even though it's 2D based on manual drawing, your movement transition is very smooth! I don't actually I understand the process of making 2D animation (I'm just a coder >.< ) but I can imagine the hardwork....

Wow, that was really cool! I thought the idea was good when it was just cake falling from the sky, but then the twist at the end! Definitely did not see that one coming. I just had to watch it again after finding out that she was actually a fish! Clever, clever ideas here! So cute, yet really kinda sad seeing the poor little fish flopping around outside the tank. Overall, I really loved this and you did a great job!!

Conceptional work. I enjoyed the film, it was very well done with awesome backgrounding and animation. Your hard labours work had paid off. The background music made it more convincing to watch. The character is well thought through and the film itself. Congratulations!

Animation was done in Flash, backgrounds were handpainted and scanned in, all compositing done using Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects.

Very nice squishy animation and I love the ironic ending, but I hope that someone puts her back in the tank because fish can't breathe with out water!!!!!
