Yay! Another head-canon story of mine! so this here we focus on Verosika and Valentino, this is based on decades ago and the present, so the story here is when Both Val and Verosika had a Long-distanced relationship, when Verosika use to work with Val years ago, and also when she won the competition of appalling as a singer, so she has the condition to leave town to venture off to her career, it was a painful experience of saying good-bye, because both her and Val had a strong connection, and they don't want to be separated, but they have to accept each other and make a promise that when they meet again, they're together again, so yeah, i hope you'll enjoy this is one guys!

~Years ago, There were two lust demons, who use to work together, both were inseparable, they had great times together when the lust Overload leads the young Hell-Born Demon back into his Studio, while there, he asks if she wants to apply for a job here, at first she wasn't sure, but she agrees after wards and decided to work as a dancer, over time, both of them worked together for decades, The young demon, named Verosika, dances for the show and brings the crowd and cash, while the lust Overload, Valentino, watches her in delight and was pretty proud of how she's doing, she was starting to become the center of attention, and everyone loved her, even Val did too. They both started off as good friends, but only in a short time, became more and more close, when both of them share their connect, even Verosika giving up her own Virginity, he felt and realizes that she wasn't just an ordinary Hell-Born, but rather a succubus, with powerful and incredible connections like that, he felt strongly connected to her, and so did Verosika, everything seems to be going great, both made their own successful partnership and they never felt this to anyone else, they had such wonderful years together, until one day, Verosika found a filer for a singing competition, realizing her true passion was to sing for the seven rings, when she got home and showed Val about this, Val wasn't sure if that's a god idea, what if she loses at it and it may break her heart to even try. Verosika didn't give in to enter and wanted Val to understand that singing is her dream, after trying to make him agree to this, he knew he didn't want to let her down, and wanted her to try, so he agrees.~

~When the day came for the competition, Verosika entered and signed up, all of the demons tried and gaining their passion to show the judges, most of them were rejected or say they weren't good enough, Verosika was Nervous at first, but she goes with both her gut and heart to give herself a try, she singed her heart out to the judges, to their surprised, they all loved her performance, she won the contest and Verosika was thrilled to hear the news, the judges give her a contract of her rewarding 10,000,000 Dollars, she was very happy, but before the celebration was gonna continue, one of the judges say that the condition is in order to get the money, she has to sign in her name so she can go to different places on her own and gain her singing passion, to become a star, which means leaving the Pride Ring, and Valentino, Verosika was stunned to see, leaving the city to join in production as a singer and get the money, Verosika didn't want to leave the city, or even Val, she want's to stay and just get the money, but the rules are final, she won fair and square, and now it's her time to make a choice of becoming a star on her own in the big city, Verosika felt the guilt inside, and still refuses to take the offer, but if she refuse, she won't get ahead, she now has to make a choice for herself, to find a purpose in her life, she thinks and decided to sign the contract, she can't help but feel the sadness, she was happy at first when she won, but now, it's a different level, Verosika now has to tell Val what happened, at the same time she didn't want to, but the rules are rules.~

~Verosika later tonight return back to the studio to tell Val about the reward, Val couldn't believe what he had heard, without even aware about the whole thing, he was upset after hearing Verosika's leaving tomorrow, his favorite sitar, and partner, but he loves her, no matter what, and for that he has to let her go, both of them talked for a while and accepted their decision is finalized.~

The Next morning, the limousine drives up to the parking lot, signaling it was time to go, Val came out of the studio with a suitcase, full of Verosika's things are ready and packed, he heads over to the vehicle and the limo driver comes out to carry the suitcase to the trunk, he exhales, feeling blue from what's going to happen next, he heard high heels walking over to him, he turns to see Verosika, carrying two suitcases with both her hands, her hair was up to a ponytail, and wears a purplish dark pink scarf, she goes beside him and puts the suitcases down, Val watches as she did so.~

Valentino : Verosika, can we talk for a second?

Verosika turns around and nods.

Verosika : Sure thing hon.

She comes back to him, looking up to face val, she saw the look on his expression, seeing the disconsolate on his eyes, as he fixes up his shades and wraps one of his arms around her shoulder.

Valentino : You know you don't have to do this, you can always turn down the agreement, so you won't have to leave.

Verosika : Val, we talked about this, I have to go, in order to get the money, and the talent, I can't just ditch it, not right now.

Valentino : I know, but I still don't know about this, I don't have a good feeling about this, I never want to turn down your dreams, but this is just...too much babe.

Verosika : I get it, but if I don't go, I won't get anything, I don't wanna leave you, but it's just how things go, imagine me as a popstar, singing through out the world, that's like a dream to me, and being a dancer was fun in all, it was a beginning of my first great memory, showing my spark to everyone, that's like a wonderful experience in life.

Valentino : But what if something happens while you're out there, what if you mess up, one of the producers hurt you, and anything, I can't let that happen, not my Verosika!

Verosika : Val, please don't calm, I'll be okay, I can defend myself out there, no matter what size or how tough a demon is, and you know that.

Val sighs and lowers his head.

Valentino :...I..Just..Want to protect you, I want to be there for you, you were my star, my main star of my studio, we were made to stick together, after hearing you say you're leaving, it broke my heart to..see you walk away and drive off to only complete you dream in life, I want to accept it, but I just..can't..what am I gonna do without you?..

Verosika : ...You were my everything, you were what started my life, you taught so much to gain my confidence and loved me for who i am, I will never forget about that.

But the moment was interrupted by the driver, honking the horn.

Driver : Come on! we're going to be late if you're still standing there!

Verosika growls a little, didn't like how the driver was impatient for her to come, she turns to yell at him.

Verosika : Shut up! I will come whenever I feel like it!

She turns back around to Val again, leaving the driver in silence, groans to himself, Verosika stares up to him and rubs his cheek with her left hand.

Verosika : It's time we take our separate ways, we all to move on, but that will never stop us from loving each other.

Val held her hand, warmly smiles and his eyes glow, Verosika smiles back, but then she thought of an idea, she reaches to her pocket and pulls out a pink jewel, that's shaped like a heart, giving it to him, he looks down to it, as it sparkles from the sunlight, showing it's beautiful mix of colors.

Verosika : I want you to have this, as a reminder to whenever we see each other again, we'll finally be able to re-connect ourselves again.

Valentino still smiles, one drop of tear fell from the left side of his head, he thought of a small idea as well when he took off his hat and puts it on her head.

Valentino : Hehe~ Before you leave, I want to see you with this on for the last time, you are so adorable with that on~

He chuckles as Verosika blushed in embarrassment, she punches his arm a little, but just play-punching.

Verosika : Hey! cut it out! Still not funny!

Acting like a little tsundere which Val liked, he then picks her up to cuddle with her before it's time to leave, they hugs and passionately kissed as their final goodbye, the sounds of the horn honks again, once again signaling Verosika to get inside the limo, she groans and Val drops her down to the sidewalk, she hurries herself inside the backside of the limo and shuts the door, Val watches as the limo slowly drives away from the street, the wind blew through his coat and the antenna on the left side of the hat, he saw Verosika opening the car window, waving him goodbye, he slightly waves as there's no more sight of the vehicle, or Verosika, his hear sinked a little, but promised himself to not let go of his emotions for her, and move on as Verosika is, he warmly smiled again as his eyes glow red again.

Valentino : ...Good-Bye...Baby...
