I've been drawing Bionicle stuff lately, mostly matorans.
I got this idea for a Bionicle universe, I've been working on it for a couple of years. First I thought it would be a new world after some kind of cataclysm after where the story ended but now I think of it as just an alternative universe, not related to the official canon, just a Bionicle-based universe. The matorans builds are based on a one template, which is generally like this thing: Mata dude They could even combine thanks to this universal pattern, but that would require some special masks or something.

I upload them as a whole because I'm working in Inkscape on colour pictures based on some of these sketches. It's going to take some time and I wanted to upload something now but didn't want to upload each twice, as a sketch and as a vector.

Generally I was thinking that it could be a comic, but right now I mostly work on world building. It's just a thing I'm doing in my free time when I'm bored, if it ended up as a webcomic that would be a huge success (I'm not a professional artist).
