Description Story:
Do you recall the old expression Mad as a Hatter? Well this rogue certainly does. Infact, he is a Hatter. And boy is he mad alright!! Obsessed with the story Alice in Wonderland, more impaticularly The Mad Hatter character, Jervis Tetch was a man who use to blend into the crowd. No one would pay any mind to him as though he did not exist. Tetch decided one day if he could not ask to be heard, then he shall demand it. Creating a device that can control one's mind, Jervis became The Mad Hatter and set out to break the minds of those he seeks to claim for himself. This has time and time again put him at odds with Batman. Driven more and more insane each day, Jervis even begins to believe that any woman (mostly blondes) are his 'Alice' and will bring her to his "Wonderland" This is certainly one tea party I will be gladly be late for. Provided that it is over when I arrive.

Dream Voice actor: Peter Macnicol. Peter I think did THE BEST job of voicing the Mad Hatter. He was just plain creepy, just like the character he plays. The Mad Hatter also has in a twisted way a sweet nature to him. Or at least it seems that way. Whatever the case, Peter pulls both off brilliantly and it would be an honor to see him voice the character in a future Batman animated program. I would watch that in a heartbeat.

Featured song: The Mad Hatter by Kate Shindle. Do I even need to say why? Mad Hatter is the name of the song. Duh.

Notes.
1. Not much has been changed about Hatter, at least of high importance. Maybe a few colors, but the one key difference is his height and the tea mug
It has the card symbols on it, figured it would still for Hatter with the playing card soldiers and all.
2. A few details are added like stitching in some spots. But other than that, Hatter so far is the least changed of the rogues.
