Description
The fourth fantasy character drawing I've put up out of five described in the description field of my "Berserker" drawing.

I've always had tremendous problems coming up with an interesting design for Mages. Usually, they just end up looking like a cloaked figure or a nice old man a la Gandalf from Lord of The Rings. But this time around, I looked all sorts of places and payed close attention to images of fantasy sorcerors and the like.
And then of course, there's the typical influence from computer games in fantasy settings (the HeXen, WarCraft and Diablo series).

I'm rather proud of this drawing - not as much because of the quality of the drawing, but because it represents the most interesting looking mage I have ever drawn (though hardly original).
