Description
Raitoningu was my Sonic OC scene i was 8 years old he look identical to Sonic same speed, same quilts, same all.
10 years later a friend from high school gave me for Rai so i stuck with it. He had more quilts and he have thunder bolt strips on his quilts whitch stands him out from Sonic and a Lightning bolt strip on his upper body. When Sonic Boom came out on 2014 i wanted to give Raitoningu a Boom design, i gave him a cape like Akaho's from P4 Arena and gave it a electricity flow like Phosphorus scarf from Kid Ircuas Uprising and with black gloves white and a little yellow in the back hands, front cuffs on his ankles and signature sports tape. In 2018 Force and i want Raitoningu design to be final so in his Modern design i gave him the black scarf, red eyes, earpiece on his left ear, bolt mark on his right eye, black white and yellow gloves and black white and yellow shoes. Today is the finish redesign i just for got the earring on.

It's cool if no one read this i just like to bring up the first time i drawn a Original Character when i was 8 and still with me to this day. I'm 26 and this character is still with me to a new year. He well grow more as a character.
