Wanted to try making a serious character for a while so here they are

Megan is a Tiger Landshark, a cold blooded ruthless killer who hunts in the desert by swimming beneath the sand and breaching to snap up unsuspecting prey in her jaws. (think like the molduga from BotW) Due to her immense size she can one-shot-kill prey as big as camels or even elephants if she's lucky enough to go undetected. Her territory is marked as "The Jaws of the Earth" on many travelling merchants' maps, some still risk travelling through it though due to it being a major shortcut on trade routes.

Jaxon is a Cookie-cutter Landshark who was orphaned at a young age. He's completely blind and was found by Megan who uncharacteristically took him under her wing. (or fin in this case) He usually tags along by latching onto Megan's fins with his jaws. Her muscle and skin is too dense for him to get a good grip anywhere else. Jaxon is a ray of sunshine who keeps Megan from going on absolute rampages from time to time, therefore keeping her out of trouble with governments and organizations that could terminate her if she threatened them. He isn't the brightest though, he may have a sixth sense when it comes to imminent danger but he thinks the reason everything is dark for him is because he won a staring contest with the sun and its been dark ever since.
