it's not about beeing a jerk, it's about coming as close to the original intention of a charter as possible. In other words, criticism isn't talking shit. So if anyone forgot something it's best to tell them, so they can improve.
you can say this shows toby before the accident, that might explain the smile and the lack of scars . It's nicely drawn and the skin and shading looks good.
