Description
This is a map made for the #Mapvember challenge. This year my aim is again to complete half of the tasks presented in the challenge. Bit over a week ago I fell quite ill and I'm still recovering from the symptoms thus posting these maps here couple days late from the original Mapvember prompt list days. This is the 15th map I've made this month thus reaching my goal of making 15/15 maps in November 2020. The grid in this map is 5ft x 5ft and the theme for day 23 was "Sail".The Sail is a tavern that has a secret access to a nearby harbor which enables the place to sell many kinds of unusual and at times also illegal goods. Wooden stairs leading down to the basement are hidden behind a secret door near the staff entrance. A perceptive player might notice that something doesn't add up with two staff entrances so close to each other and a longer wall with no windows in this building which does not remind storage-like buildings on the other side of the street. After descending the stairs below ground the cellar looks like any other but it too hides its own secrets. Behind a movable shelf is a passageway leading to murky tunnels where illegal and shady goods are stored. This place can be easily be fitted into many kind of ttrpg-campaigns for player groups with different power levels.
Everything you see on my maps including all the possible assets(textures, objects, plants, furniture etc. & excluding fonts) are made by me from the very beginning and created mainly with Photoshop. This map is downloadable. You are welcome to use it during your gaming sessions for non-profit purposes.
