Not much, I just cropped down a wallpaper and added "SOLDIER" in the TF2 font. I find it works great for twitter backgrounds, or tumblr. Free to use, just give credit.

EDIT: Jesus, this got alot of favorites. I don't think I made it too clear in original description, but I didn't make the picture, but I did crop and add text. It's an achievement picture from the game itself. Wanted to make that clear.
