Description
The Gymsona episode of Drawfee gave me an idea for a character. Introducing *El Lugia Obscuro* a primarily Ghost-type Pokemon trainer. After his Eevee died protecting him from a delinquent's Pokemon, he trained arduously for an entire decade. Now he serves as a Ghost Gym Leader by day, and a vigilante by night. His costume is inspired by the corruption of the great Guardian of the Seas, Lugia. He seeks to embody such destructive wrath, and to channel it towards evil-doers.
