heyo! ive been meaning to make a new kd oc for awhile... and well i have! this is Nyomii and she's my lil floofy bab and i love her (she's also not a fursona like rac sooo- XD)hm..
im pretty sure everyone knows who the kd species belongs to...

Howdy howdy hmm let's get started. Idk if this was intentional or not but I'd choose more staturated colors, at least for the background. Another thing I noticed was the fluff. Try adding curves/round sides. Have spikes for fluff is a number 1 thing many amateur artists do. And let's be honest it's not the most appealing. I'm not sure what the purple drippy thing is,, possibly a tongue? If it's supposed to be just normal sized try making the mouth line longer and the tongue shorter/wider. The style reminds me of littlest pet shop toys and that's super cute!! But id try practicing more relalistic proportions but still cartoony. Maybe try having the body be wider than the head? Sorry if you don't want my crappy opinion tbh I wouldn't want mine either so sksksks
