This is where they cut power to the aircraft mid flight (hoping it won't crash 🤣) & restart the turbines. So basically checking the aircraft's ability to shut down & restart its engine in flight & to regain power while still able to fly safely if it were to have an engine flameout.
Lucky they don't use a Jet Joes Turbine... 🤣🤣
