Holy damn that is creepy. Nicely done. Your manipulation is very impressive you have the folds of the skin perfect, you actually believe it's in there. Skin tones are one of those things that can always be a give away when doing photo manip but you did a great job.

Its a good manip as well, although im not sure of what to think about the plates..as i understand it you want to convey that in the future ppl are more machines than humans, dont i think a more subtle approach would make the pic even more "wow!" perhaps just the shoulder and some LEDs or something on the arm/hand...
anyway, nice one!
