Description
First one is Cillian, a vigilante cat.
Cillian is collected, patient and ruthless. This feline Punisher has decided that solving and combating crime can be done simply with a rifle, bullet and a very determined mind and that following a law is often times binding an individual in inaction.

Second one being Officer Roy Coonski, a public servant raccoon.
Roy Coonski is a cop with anger management issues. He believes that punishments that justice system gives criminals are far too weak so he feels responsible to give all criminals an extra reward for their behavior in form of very excessive police brutality.

The somewhat goal of the story is to portray Roy and Cillian as worst enemies with the plot twist being that they both deeply respect each other as they share a very common goal.
