Monty turned out great! The contrasts of black and white and everything in between is superb. Poor thing looks like he could use a bath and a good brushing

As I believe I've told you, I really like the fur on this! Also, the eyes look really intensive, very cool, and the black background make a nice contrast to the dog, it could've looked a bit dull if you would've had a lighter background. So well done

if you really feel like you must touch up the top of the head, then i guess a couple of suggestive pencil strokes wouldn't hurt the drawing, but really, i like it the way it is. monty has her own little corona. a fine tribute, and i'm sure your friend will be pleased.

his nose looks just like dogs nose...shining like plastic [thats what i always says about dogs nose-looking like plastic]
his ears are done so well.
his eyes got a lots of expression, and so much life.
his fure is probebly was the most hard to do...and you have done it with lots of energy.

I love your work for this dog, but don't like the flash on the top of his head maybe if you take another picture without the flash will be better to show your drawing better! Still i fav it because your work on this very beautiful!

White fur drives me up a tree too; I think you handled it well, though. Amazingly detailed and well-planned. That background is ideal, I think. Very nice work! I'm sure she'll be thrilled!
