Description
These were created to take control over people, they’d latch themselves on to the backs of the victims and stick these needle-like tendrils that would dig till they reached the spinal cord which they attached to their nervous system. Under the control of this parasite the person is alive and aware of their actions and the world around them but are “locked out” of their own bodies unable to control their actions, only able to watch through their own eyes what the parasite on their backs forces them to do. The parasite itself has a mind of its own and is loyal to the moons and the unitologists. Disturbingly, this thralldom creates and manifests into something of a dark alter ego of the victim, since the parasite is in control it speaks to others through their host. It’s possible to free the person of this parasite by ripping it off of them but this is very dangerous, since the creature is attached to the persons nervous system, this blunt removal could cause severe damage that could leave them paralyzed rarely even killing them.
